Attack powers Clearifacation
In the Forums here Hertic posted to a question I had but was unable to get a reply to earlier.
Will we have to Punch (as in Xmen and DC xbox games) while our power meter is building up. Heretics Reply
Some clarifications:
There are both ranged and melee Endurance-building attacks.
A character always has an Equilibrium point to which their Endurance will always head towards even if the character does nothing.
You will have the ability to pick a number of different special powers that use Endurance. Which one is best to use will change depending on your build, on your playstyle, on the particular enemies you are fighting and what your enemies happen to be doing at the time. While I suppose you could try to fight with just one mega-power and one Endurance-building power, I can guarantee you would have a very hard time of it once you got past the introductory part of the game.
Weaker henchmen are dangerous if you ignore them for too long. They just go down more quickly than more powerful enemies once you focus on the henchmen.

Champions latest Update
Lots of reports came out this week. And the forums have again exploded with Cryptic has ruined my game. Please cant we all just get along. I play for hours on City X and every week we have our group play Champions. So I guess I can say I love the progenitors of Champions Online.
And so I'm going to request that we all take a breath, and hold it........ keeping holding....... Are you blue yet? I feel and I may be wrong here but I feel they have taken the Marvel Game they were making and have tried to repurpose it for Champions. I think I have even read this somewhere. Now to short cut the problems they had when Marvel dropped out they are having to replace the content with something and it was quicker to purchase Champions and plug it into the hole left by Marvel.
Now comes my Pure Conjecture. I think that Marvel wanted a Game that felt like Ultimates and it's other Xbox titles. Cryptic then spent time coding the game and was left with a arcade game engine that Marvel had insisted on and had to find new content to fill it with.
Now we can debate the use of Champions and if the choice of to us that IP was the best choice for the game engine or not, butm we are not going to have a real definitive answer for Many Months. I for one would be happier with a more City of feel to the game but this is a different game and so I will wait for it before deciding if its good or nor.
So lets wait and see and be patient most of all. After all Metropolis wasn't destroyed in a day. (you mean it was oops)
